Comments are not public. These notes help track and record important details about operations and activities. They are not visible to external parties, ensuring that all internal communication remains confidential and organized.
In BETA, once a comment is posted, you can’t change it. This helps keep an accurate record of what was originally written.
If you no longer need a comment in your view, you can archive it. Archiving hides the comment from the active list, but the original record is preserved.

Gym-related comments are visible to all team members across the dashboard, regardless of where they are within the system. This feature helps track activities, updates, or issues that affect the entire gym, ensuring consistent communication across shifts.

Event-specific comments allow you to leave notes on individual event instances. This ensures that each event has its own set of tracked details, making it easier to manage and review event performance or issues later.
You can leave comments linked directly to individual event participants. These comments help keep track of important notes or details specific to that profile’s booking.
If a participant is transferred to another event, you have the option to move their comments along with their booking. This applies even if they are moved to a different event template, ensuring all relevant information stays connected to the participant regardless of changes.
Course comments are designed to record internal notes directly related to the course itself. This is useful for tracking course-specific updates, feedback, or issues that may affect course management or delivery.
Comments on transactions allow you to manually record important details or observations directly on financial or sales transactions. This can help in auditing processes or in tracking any anomalies related to a transaction.
Subscription comments enable you to manually track details over the lifetime of a subscription. These notes can be valuable for monitoring long-term trends or issues related to customer subscriptions.
