Please make sure that the App is the latest, please navigate to the app store to update the app.

This might be default by your browser, or in your settings - not allowing for the opening of supported links i.e., links opening in apps.
Go to Settings in your Android device.
Search for “Apps” and click on “Apps” or “All Apps”.
Scroll down to BETA Climbing app and click to enter the BETA settings.
Click on “Open by default” or “Set as default”
Make sure “Open supported links” is on, and climb.sendmoregetbeta.com is activated as a link. If it isn’t, choose “Add link” and activate climb.sendmoregetbeta.com.
or, click on “Supported Web Addresses” and enable “climb.sendmoregetbeta.com”
Open your Android settings and search for "default". This should open App Permissions;
Near the top, under the Default heading, tap on "Opening links."
Near the top of that page page should be a toggle for "Open links in apps" - set this to on/yes, and restart both the browser and BETA Climbing to reset with the new setting (you may need to reboot your device).
