This feature is available to gyms on the Business Tier and above.
In BETA, multi-location management allows you to oversee various sites from a single dashboard, ensuring consistency and control across all your gyms.
This article will guide you through the features and processes involved in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing your multi-location setup.
BETA uses a parent-child relationship to manage multiple gym locations.

The parent dashboard shares common settings, resources, products and offerings across all child locations, ensuring consistency.
Each child location has a child dashboard that can be individually set up with specific configurations, products and offerings, allowing for tailored management of local operations.
This structure allows for centralized control while also providing the flexibility to address the unique needs of each location.
To navigate between facilities, use the top right navigation bar on BETA.

You wish all location to share Passes and Forms, thus create your passes and Forms on the Parent Gym.
You do not, however, want the calendar to be shared between your facilities. Thus, create your calendar schedules separately on each child gym.
When a visitor’s profile is created wither by them signing a form, or by this being added manually by staff, the profile will be created on the parent dashboard, meaning that it will be visible in any of your locations.
If you’ve migrated from another provider, visitor profiles will be imported on the parent dashboard to ensure visibility across all of your locations.
Individual Settings are to be configured for each individual locations!
These include, but are not limited to:
Your Gym Details
Extended Form Settings
Booking Form Configurations
Subscription Credit Limit
Check-In Validation Setting
Subscription Settings
Automations (these are added by the BETA team)
These are to be created on the parent dashboard and then separately added to the individual child dashboards. This is to allow flexibility and allow you to restrict access when not needed.
These are to be added on each individual child dashboard.
No integrations to be added to the parent dashboard!
These are to be created on the parent dashboard. Will be then shared between all child locations.
At multi-location facility the email template hierarchy works as follows:
[Highest] Object-Specific (Event/Pass/Slot): Overrides the child default.
Location/Child Default: Overrides the parent default.
Parent Default: Overrides the BETA default. (if multi location)
[Lowest] BETA Default: This is the base template (this may not be edited), BETA sets a simple default email as a placeholder.
We recommend forms to be created and edited on the parent dashboard.
To allow these to be visible at any of the child dashboards, you will need to do this via the Form Inheritance functionality.
Please see the dedicated guide below,

If these are created on the parent dashboard, they are shared across all child locations.
If these are created on an individual child dashboard, these are only available there.
Ideally, the product/event/pass in created on the parent dashboard, whereas the individual product/event/pass pricing is set up on the child level.
If you’re viewing this on the parent dashboard, you will see data from all locations.
If you’re viewing this on the child dashboard, you will see data from just that location.
First of all, congratulations
Contact the BETA team, and we will help with the setup of the new location (and link it to your parent gym). Please note, depending on which tier you are currently on, you might need to upgrade.
