BETA allows you to fully customise your event and course templates to better reflect your brand and improve the booking experience for your clients.
You can add engaging descriptions and images to make events more appealing, tailor confirmation emails with personalised content, and include helpful booking details or links using Smart Tags and simple HTML formatting.
Adding a description to an event provides customers more information about the event.
If you add a photo to an event template then it will show up in your events widget and in the climbers’ app.
Square images at 400*400 pixels are preferred, if not, the image will be centre cropped. This size ensures quick loading, and a high quality.
If you are getting an error when uploading, please make sure there are no special characters in the file name you are uploading. or you are uploading in the accepted file types, .jpg, .png
Customize event confirmation emails easily in BETA, the custom email on your event template overrides your gym-wide event default.
Utilize Smart Tags and HTML markup language in the confirmation note to tailor it to your specific needs. Take advantage of this feature, especially if you want to provide attendees with additional information upon booking confirmation, or an opportunity for an upsell.
Each type of default email can use Smart Tags that you can directly copy and paste into your custom email template, allowing to insert personalised or dynamic content into your emails

These can be edited in the your Gym Settings. However the BETA logo in the bottom right will still appear, if you are on the Business Tier and below.
To fully customise the branding, and remove the BETA logo on the emails, and have access to full custom styling of the email, please upgrade to the Enterprise Tier.
HTML allows you to customise the content of the email to your liking, and to find your brand and styling. There are some online tools which can help you get basic formatting, or feel free to take our example above, and fit it to your needs.
