Controlling Event Organizer Access

You can control which profile is allowed to access the Organizer Link directly from the Event Page.

Attention: By default, the Event Host, if any, is assigned as the only organizer. You can add and remove additional organizers external to your staff list at any time using organizer links.

Note: Organizers will only be able to access and manage events they’ve been explicitly assigned to.

› Organizer Permissions

Basic Permissions

• Transfer bookings within the same session to different climbers.

• Cannot add new participants or cancel existing bookings.

Advanced Permissions

• Includes all Basic Permissions.

• Can add new participants (up to event capacity).

• Can cancel bookings, provided those bookings do not have a transaction attached.
