Payments made with an External Payment Providers can be added in BETA and backdated.
If you are using an external payment provider (i.e., one that has no direct integration with BETA), you can only edit the following fields of certain payments:
External ID
Time finalised
» this will impact your reporting as daily payment totals are calculated based on payment finalisation time
Payment Type (e.g., cash, card terminal etc)

No, you can only edit transactions that have been marked as succeeded and if the transaction is not one of BETA’s integrated payment types. Learn about BETA’s integrated payment types here.
Only if the transaction is still open in the Sales page, you should open the transaction in the POS, allowing you to add more items to that transaction. To open the transaction in your POS from the sales page, click the POS icon:
Only transactions that are in a succeeded state will contribute to your daily totals.
Log the purchase via the POS using external voucher payment method type (if this payment type is not available in your POS, please contact the BETA team as they can add that for you).
Find the transaction in the visitor’s profile and edit time finalised, and payment type, if applicable, for each payment through the transaction pop-up. This allows the sales to be reflected retrospectively.
IMPORTANT! Under the Sales Page, you can download a Payments Export and a Transactions Export. These changes are reflected in the Payments Export only.
