This feature allows accounts with manager permissions and above to expire forms that were signed past a certain date. It streamlines the process of managing waiver expirations, ensuring that all necessary documents are up to date. Bulk Expire Forms is useful for when you wish to update your automated expiration date.
Forms may be expired in the following ways:
specific date - Sets all unexpired forms of the given template to expire on a specific date, either past or future (default is today).
Number (#) of days - Sets all unexpired forms of the given template to expire a certain number of days after they were signed.
This option will bulk-expire all waivers signed on or before a specific date you choose.
Example: If you set the expiry date to December 31, 2024, every waiver signed on or before that date will be marked as expired.
This option applies an expiry period to all waivers that currently have no expiration date. The system will calculate the expiry date based on the number of days you set.
Example: If you set the rule to 365 days and a waiver was signed on January 1, 2025 with no existing expiry date, the system will update it to expire on January 1, 2026.
This happens because the your Form/Waiver/Documents does not have an expiration date set. If you’d like the form to expire after a certain number of days, you need to assign an expiry date. See how to set an expiry date here Customise form settings If you then wish to bulk update the already signed forms, that can done by using the Bulk Expiry tool found on the form’s settings page.
