Streams is a feature available to gyms on the BETA Enterprise tier & above.
Access StreamsA Stream is a dynamic tracking feed in BETA that logs new activity related to purchases or form submissions. It acts like a smart task list, helping staff follow up on key actions like someone buying a product or submitting a waiver.
Streams are useful for internal workflows such as onboarding, processing waitlists, or tracking signed documents — especially when you need to manage follow-ups without manually checking each profile or sale.
When you create a Stream, you decide what kind of activity to watch for — this could be specific prices or forms. Once set up, the Stream will automatically populate with new actions that match your selection, making it easy to monitor them in one place.
Once a Stream is created, it starts recording these activities in real time, showing each new submission or sale individually with the option to mark their status (e.g., Created, In Progress, Complete).
You can link a Stream to a specific form, like a waiver or registration. Once connected, every new submission will appear as a new item in the Stream so staff can follow up, confirm, or process the data without needing to dig through profiles.
A product-based Stream tracks purchases tied to the prices for a event, pass, course, slot, and normal product. This is ideal for monitoring sales like memberships, deposits, or wait list payments, with each entry showing who bought what and when.
Double click on the Stream chip to edit or delete.
These actions are allowed for staff with manager and above permissions only.
Every time a new action is logged, it appears in the Stream with a default status of “Created.” Staff can manually update that status to “In Progress” or “Complete” to track what’s been handled and what still needs attention.
This feature is in progress… stay tuned!
Yes — if you associate a Stream with a specific product/form (like a deposit or wait list fee), you'll see each new person who signs up. You can then manage follow-ups directly from the Stream view.
You can select multiple prices when setting up a Stream, but they must be selected individually. This gives you control over exactly what’s being tracked.
Reports summarize past data, while Streams are designed for real-time monitoring and action — ideal for tracking new purchases or form submissions that require follow-up.
At multiple locations? Make sure your Stream was created under the correct gym location and that you're tracking prices or forms that are actively in use. Also, only new submissions will appear.
