Event check-ins allow you to record attendance for specific classes, courses, or parties - separate from general entry or pass check-ins.
These check-ins appear independently in your metrics and insights, helping you distinguish between general gym visits and event participation.
This ensures real-time verification and prevents early or duplicate check-ins.
Attendance is tracked per session, allowing you to manage check-ins across multiple dates within the same course.
Can I check in multiple participants at once?
Yes, you can use the bulk check-in option to mark all participants as attended in one action.
Can I mark attendance after an event has ended?
Yes, backdating check-ins is supported. Simply open the past event from the Calendar and update attendance manually.
Does checking someone in affect their pass or entry usage?
No, event check-ins are tracked separately from general entry or pass check-ins in your metrics and reports.
› Event Check In from the Calendar
You can check participants into events directly from the Calendar View by selecting the event and marking attendees as checked in. This is ideal for instructors managing attendance during or just before a session.
You can check participants in individually as they arrive or in bulk for quicker processing. From the Calendar View, you can also backdate check-ins if you need to record attendance after the event has taken place.
› Event Check In from the Visitors Page
From the Visitors page, staff can check participants into events quickly, without needing to open the Calendar, or navigate to the Visitor’s profile.
This view is designed for front desk or day-of management, you can check visitors in individually or in bulk, and filter by event or participant name for faster access.
Why can’t I see events from other days?
The Visitors page defaults to showing today’s events only. Use the filters to expand your view to other dates or event types.
› Event Check In from a Visitor’s Profile
From a visitor’s profile, you can check them into an event directly under the Events tab. This is useful when managing individual participants or handling check-ins at the front desk.
The Events tab also provides a complete overview of that visitor’s event history, including:
Upcoming — events the participant is registered for
Attended — events they have successfully checked into
Missed — events they were booked for but did not attend
Cancelled — events that were cancelled or withdrawn
