What is a Prepaid Pass?
In BETA, a Prepaid pass is a pass purchased for a fixed duration of time. Members pay upfront for a set period, such as a 3-month pass, a 6-month pass, or an annual pass. Once purchased, the pass remains active for that duration and does not automatically renew.
When setting up prepaid passes in BETA, each pass must be mapped to the key of an Entry Type. This ensures the system correctly tracks which pass allows access to which type of entry.
âș What is an Entry Type Key?
This is the unique identifier for each type of entry/pass in BETA (e.g., â10 punch Pass,â â3 month prepaidâ, âAnnual Prepaidâ).

What is a Subscription? In BETA, a Subscription is a pass on a recurring, automated payment schedule. Members are billed at regular intervals (e.g., weekly, monthly, or yearly) without needing to repurchase. Subscriptions are used for ongoing memberships and continue until canceled.
When migrating members into BETA, you can map their existing EFT due values to a Pass Price in BETA.
Hereâs how it works:
You define the mapping: for example, EFT due $50 â Pass Price âStandardâ.
All members with that EFT value will be assigned the mapped Pass Price in BETA.
Once mapped, members will pay the value of the assigned Pass Price in BETA, regardless of their original EFT amount.
âș What is a Pass Price Key?
This is the unique identifier for each type of Subscription Pass Price in BETA (e.g., âMonlthy Membershipâ â3 month membershipâ, â2 Week Autopayâ).

You can update member pricing by adjusting the EFT-to-Pass Price mapping for the entire group.
Once updated, all members in the group will have their Pass Prices updated to match the new mapping. Be careful, as this change will apply to everyone in the selected group.
