In the Printer configuration set-up page, you can set the custom receipt width, that you printer is set to print.

Please enter the size in mm, here is a handy conversion chart for common Thermal Paper Rolls:

Header: This is automatically set at the name of your gym, see how to Edit gym details & picture
Custom Top Text: This shows up at the top of the Thermal Receipt, under the name of your gym.
Custom Bottom Text: This text will show up at the bottom of the Thermal Receipt.
