Please log out of your data dashboard account, if not already.
You will find a trouble signing in button which will send you an email to your inbox. Following the link in your email will allow you to reset your password.
The subject of the email should be: Reset your password for BETA Climbing.
If you don’t see the password reset email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. The email is sent after clicking “Trouble signing in?” on the dashboard login screen.
If it’s still not there, make sure you’re using the correct email address linked to your account, then try again.
