Create and manage static URLs for your widgets. Update the source content once and see changes reflected across all your embedded platforms instantly.
Widget configurations are fixed widgets, meaning that the widget link stays the same and always reflects the most up-to-date product information, such as its price. This makes it easy to manage and maintain products across your site or if you have any printed QR codes.
Widgets: Are the functional elements you embed to sell and display Events, Bookings, Passes, Forms, or Gift Cards. Widgets are dynamic, but their specific URL must be manually updated on your website if you want to show different products.
Create Pass Widgets, Pass Widgets for a particular payment methods
Pass widgets help you sell passes and memberships on your website, link to your social media, and generate QR codes for posters.
Event Widgets: Explainer & Setup
Widgets allow you to sell and display events/course on your website, or link for social media.
Widget Configs: A configuration that acts as a permanent, static URL wrapper. By using a widget configuration, you can swap the underlying widget or change what products are displayed without ever having to edit the code on your website.
Navigate to Marketing Page » Widgets and select your desired category (Events, Passes, or Bookings). Select an item you wish to generate a widget config for e.g., an event template. Click the icon in the bottom right corner (FAB) and select New Widget Config to generate a new configuration. Add an ID and a description.
Click Submit once you’re happy with your widget configuration. To copy the URL of the configuration, find the configuration you’re looking for from the list and click the copy icon at the top of the widget config pop-up.
The Widget Config will also transfer the Widget styling options, i.e., Hide the Widget Header, Header Gym Log, prohibit Login, Waiver Prompt and Force Monthly Calendar View
You can deploy your widget config in two ways:
HTML Iframe: Embed the widget directly into your webpage layout.
Direct Link: Use a standalone URL to link users directly to the widget.
To change the content of an active widget, simply edit the configuration in your dashboard.
Once saved, the widget will automatically update everywhere the static URL or iframe is currently embedded.
