Enrolling in events or accessing benefits on behalf of a family member? Make sure you're on the right profile first.
You don't need to do anything manually — family members are linked automatically whenever you sign a form or make a purchase. Once linked, their profile will be available for you to switch to at any time.
Open the app.
Tap the profile area.
Select the correct family member.
Enroll in the event from that profile.
Here is how you can access your family member passes from the app.
Please make sure you are logged into the Family Admin account, contact your gym to understand who is the family admin.
Log in.
Use the profile selector at the top of the screen.
Switch to the correct family member's profile.
Navigate to the event and enroll.
