This feature is available to gyms on the Community Tier and above.
You can offer complimentary guest check-ins using an entry type configured for guest entries. You will need to enable this via your entry type settings. This will deduct from the visitor’s pass balance.

FAQs
I have checked in Climber 1 with Climber 2’s guest entry, on Climber 2’s pass. Will Climber 1’s visit be noted on their profile?
Yes! When a visitor (Climber 1) is checked in with an entry type configured to allow guest entry, their visit will be logged on their Visitor’s profile, in the Visits tab.
Is there automated check-out at the end of the day?
You can set up automated checkouts at the end of the day according to your closing schedule. Send us your desired checkout times for each day of the week and we will handle the automation!
BETA RECOMMENDATION: We do encourage gyms to manually check out users whenever possible to maintain a good client relationship and create a good closing memory for the session.
I cannot add guest entries to my entry type. Why is that?
Guess entry management via the entry type setting is available on BETA Community & above.
On the BETA Club Tier you cannot configure your entry type to have guest entries that are automatically applied to profiles when they purchase the pass price.
A workaround on BETA’s Club Tier is to gift entries from one account/profile to another, manually. Alternatively, you can create a guest entry type and issue this directly to the guest’s profile upon check-in.
