Update prices for Passes, Events, or Products using the Price Updater
Learn how to efficiently update prices for Passes, Events, or Products using the Price Updater. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to ensure a smooth price transition. Available on the Club Tier and Above.

PLEASE USE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION, all changes will reflect in your dashboard.
The Price Updater allows you to quickly and easily upgrade a Pass Price, Event Price, or Product Price.
Once a price is updated, you will also be choose to replace the card in your custom POS views with the new price.
We do suggest first editing the name/label of the old price, in order to keep track of which price is to be updated.
e.g., Monthly Membership (2023) or Monthly Membership (old)
Updating a price, does not update the widgets on your website. This allows to control when the go live date occurs. Note, if you are using a Widget config, the price update will be updated as you update your price.
If you have updated your prices, you are going to need to update any Events / Passes widgets on your website/social media etc.
Ensure that all old prices are Archived and/or no available online.
Note, if you are using Widget Configs pricing are updated automatically.
