Updating Your Prices? Read this guide.
Learn how to update prices for events, passes, and subscriptions in our comprehensive guide.
We do suggest first editing the name or the price label of the old price, in order to keep track of which price is to be updated.
e.g., Monthly Membership rename to Monthly Membership (2023) or Monthly Membership (old)
Select the Price you wish to update from the dropdown menu » click continue
Type the amount of your new price in the currency of your gym » click continue
Once a price is updated, you will also be asked to choose either one, or both:
if you wish to replace the card in your custom POS views with the new price
if you wish to update any custom widget configurations set up for your gym with the new price
No, you do not need to go back to each individual product price and archive it. The price updater does that automatically for you. Once you use it to update a price, the old price will be archived i.e., no longer available in the POS and widgets and therefore no longer available for purchase.
Essentially, yes — these are the two ways you can update prices.
You can manually update a product by locating it on the Products page, entering the new price, archiving the old one, and then updating your POS configuration and widgets.
However, using the Price Updater is not the same as editing products individually. It’s designed to save time, reduce manual errors, and streamline the process. The Price Updater automatically copies all existing price specifications, prompts you to enter the new price, and archives the old price for you — making the update faster, more consistent, and more efficient.
