Gift Cards / Vouchers: Migration

This help article will assist you in understanding gift card migration to BETA! This includes set up of your offerings in our system, migrating purchased gift cards from your previous provider and assigning them to the correct visitor (if able).

In BETA, Gift Cards = Vouchers

• You need to create your gift card product in BETA! See help article below.

• The help article below cover all you need to know on Gift Cards management once assigned/purchased by the visitor.

⤷ Migrating your Gift Cards

» BETA requires a .csv export of all gift cards

› The export must contain the following information for each gift card:

• Gift card ID

• Start date

• Current balance / amount

› Optional (additional) information can also be included:

• Customer ID (in your previous provider)

  • If not provided

• Expiration date — let us know if you want that

• Original balance / amount

For multi-location,

Inform the BETA team where these should be imported. You have two options:

» Per location i.e., can be used only at that location
» On the parent gym i.e., to be usable between all location

To enable online purchase, you need to update your website widgets; see guide below.
