Notes, warnings, and emergency contact information are typically included as part of the Visitors Export from your previous provider. BETA requires a .csv export of all your visitors to be able to migrate these.
The availability of this information depends on your former provider. If you’re able to supply these exports, we can import the data for you — or exclude it — based on your preference.
Tags/Proficiencies and Comments will display on a Visitors profile, but what are the differences?

Notes are a type of Tag - notes can be anything added by your staff on a visitor’s profile like ‘this climber is very polite’.
Quick internal notes added directly to profiles, events, or transactions.
They're not visible to climbers and only appear when viewing that specific item. They are not visible to external parties, ensuring that all internal communication remains confidential and organized.
