You're reading this guide because you've recently migrated your subscriptions into the system, or you're looking for multiple ways to manage and consolidate membership data.
The BETA Dashboard gives you dedicated tools to handle the following scenarios:
Merge climbers, if duplicate profiles exist
Merge subscriptions, if one member holds multiple subscriptions with the same billing period
Reassign entries from one subscription to another profile — for example, a Family Pass where a parent is paying for their children's passes
Please see the dedicated subscription Expaliner linked below

If the same person has been created more than once in the system — due to a data migration or a duplicate sign-up — you can merge those profiles into one. This consolidates their history, passes, and subscription data under a single climber record.
Locate the duplicate profiles in the Vistiors’ search
Verify which profile is the primary record (most recent or most complete).
Use the merge climbers tool to combine profiles. Confirm that contact info, is the profile you wish to merge into.
Creating, Merging and Deleting Visitors Profiles
This help article covers how to create, merge and delete visitor profiles in BETA.
Open the relevant climber profile in the BETA Dashboard » Visitors
Review their active subscriptions and identify those with the same billing period.
Click the More Actions ⫶ icon » select the Merge Subscriptions option and choose which subscriptions to combine.
Confirm.
The entries and credits will be consolidated into a single subscription record.
Merge Subscriptions
For when a profile has multiple subscriptions with the same billing cycle.
In some cases, one climber may be paying for the passes or entries of another.
If the wrong climber is set as the owner of a subscription, you can transfer the entire subscription to the correct profile. This is different from reassigning entries (Option 3) — reassigning moves individual passes or visit credits across profiles, while a transfer moves the whole subscription itself, including its billing and ownership, to another climber.
Transfer a Subscription (to another visitor)
Subscriptions can be transferred from one visitor profile to another when responsibility for payment needs to change.
Transferring a subscription alters WHO is paying for that subscription.
