BETA links visitors in a family when an email address is shared between profiles. Visitors will be linked in a family depending on how these have been handled in your previous software i.e., if there is a missing email on any of the children's profiles, they cannot be automatically linked to their parents. If no email address has been populated, BETA will prompt you to add one. You will need to do this on each profile.

In BETA, subscriptions can be purchased and paid for by one person, while the entry type (the pass used to access the gym) can be assigned to a different individual. For example, a parent can purchase a subscription, and the entry type can be automatically issued to their child each month.
